The final Privacy Policy is still under legal review. Public registration must remain disabled until the approved policy is published here.
Data used during account setup and payment
- RipTrove stores account contact details, verification status, policy acceptance, and security history.
- Stripe collects identity documents and biometric verification data through its hosted flow. RipTrove does not store those document images in its application database.
- Stripe also collects payment details on its hosted checkout. RipTrove stores transaction identifiers, amounts, status, and audit records, but does not receive or store full card details.
- Twilio delivers phone verification codes, and Resend delivers email verification codes.
- Security and audit records are retained to prevent fraud and protect customer transactions.
